All orders that are in-stock will be shipped within 2 business days, with weekend orders being processed the following Monday. Our warehouse is closed during major U.S. holidays.

Our standard shipping options are UPS, Fedex and USPS Ground for U.S. orders and various carriers depending on the warehouse and destination country for international orders (see below for more information on international orders). For U.S. and most international orders we provide expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped from the U.S. and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

FedEx Smartpost is also ground shipping and it will add an additional 5-7 business days to the estimated delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: are shipped from one of our global warehouses which are located in Los Angeles, London and Hong Kong. Our system will automatically choose the closest warehouse and fastest standard/ground service available. International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used. Unfortunately WANDRD cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to the unknowns involved with trans-border shipping. Customs can delay, refuse to process, lose or impose unanticipated customs or duties to international shipments at their discretion. Shipments can be returned to us or lost in transit with no reasons indicated. Other possible reasons for delay that are out of our control are weather, labor strikes and volume peaks. See below for additional info when your package is shipped via TNT or Royal Mail.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES: We do our best to eliminate/minimize duties by shipping from one of our international warehouses. WANDRD is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your WANDRD order.

UK & EU VAT: We charge a 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) on all orders shipped to the European Union. Why does WANDRD charge VAT? One of our warehouse locations is in the United Kingdom (London area). Any order made on wandrd.com with a shipping address in or near the European Union is shipped from this U.K. warehouse. E.U. law requires WANDRD charge VAT (Value Added Tax) on orders that are shipped anywhere in the European Union. Because WANDRD has a physical location in the U.K., we charge the 20% U.K. VAT rate. Because our sales to other E.U. countries are below a certain monthly threshold, we do not charge separate VAT rates for other countries because we do not have to pay VAT in those countries.

TNT: TNT Packaging uses the website Spring for tracking. It can take up to 5 business days before their website is updated. You may receive an error when tracking your number through TNT/Spring. You do have the correct tracking number, their system will mark it as an error until your number is updated into their system.

ROYAL MAIL: Royal Mail's baseline shipping does not offer tracking, we can get you a delivery estimate but we will not be able to provide your orders exact location. We will make sure that you receive what you paid for. 

Any products purchased from our website (www.wandrd.com) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase*. Pre-ordered products can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of delivery*. The item(s) must be in new condition with all packaging and tags included.

Once we receive your item(s) your money will be returned. Please note that it can take up to two weeks to process your return once the item(s) have been received.

*Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
