Orders, Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

Any products purchased from this website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Exchanges are processed as a WANDRD store credit and return shipping fees will be added to the credit price with a valid receipt. We issue exchange codes when the order has been received and inspected by the warehouse team. 

Shipping fees are not refundable except in cases of fulfillment errors or damaged product. When returning shipments, please keep your tracking number as lost return shipments are not the responsibly of WANDRD.

Can I return Garage Sale items?

Due to these items being highly discounted and in limited number you CAN NOT return or exchange garage sale items.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Your order will ship from one our two global warehouse which are located in the United States (Chicago) and the EU (Amsterdam). Your shipping rates are determined based on the location of the warehouse and the destination.

To see actual shipping rate, add products to your shopping cart and add your address. Before your payment is processed you will be able to see actual shipping rates.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order ships you will receive en email that will contain a tracking number. If you don't see this email please check your spam folder.

You can also find your tracking number and other order information by logging into your account. If you don't have an account you can click on Login in the top right corner of the home page on our website. From there, click Sign up.

When will my order ship and how long until I will receive it?

All orders will take up to two business days for our warehouse to process and fulfill orders. Most international orders can take between 10-20 business days and will have to pass through customs before delivery. We put our best efforts into meeting delivery times, but customs can add additional time and delays to our orders as well as impose import fees.

For stateside shipments, ground shipping typically takes 4-7 business days.

When I select 2-day shipping does that include processing my order?

No, when you select 2-day shipping please allow 2 business days for us to process your order before shipping.

How do I change / cancel my order?

We understand that mistakes can happen with orders and changes sometimes need to be made. Please make sure to double check your information before submitting an order. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we are able to catch orders before they are released to our carriers, and incorrect or missing address information can result in a failed delivery. Please email us or hit our live chat button if you notice any errors will your details.

Will I have to pay taxes?

All orders are shipped from one of our international warehouses which are located in the U.S. and the Netherlands. If you live in a country other than the U.S. or European Union you will most likely pay taxes. Tax rates vary by country and you will need to check with the customs department in your country to determine what will be charged.

Because WANDRD has warehouses located in these areas we are required to charge taxes and pay to the local government in certain situations. WANDRD will charge taxes to customers located in the following areas:

United States: Our U.S. warehouse is located in Chicago which requires us to charge sales tax on all U.S. orders.

European Union: We charge a 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) on all orders shipped to the European Union. Why does WANDRD charge VAT? One of our warehouse locations is in the Netherlands. Any order made on wandrd.com with a shipping address in or near the European Union is shipped from our Netherlands warehouse. E.U. law requires WANDRD charge VAT (Value Added Tax) on orders that are shipped anywhere in the European Union. Because WANDRD has a physical location in the Netherlands, we charge the 20% VAT rate. Because our sales to other E.U. countries are below a certain monthly threshold, we do not charge separate VAT rates for other countries because we do not have to pay VAT in those countries.

Which cube size should I get?

The PRVKE 21L is designed to carry a Essential and Pro Camera Cube, while the PRVKE 31L is designed to carry the Essential Plus and Pro Plust camera cubes. The HEXAD Access Duffle is designed to carry one or two medium Essential Plus cubes, depending on how much equipment organization you require

What cameras can fit inside the cubes?

What you can fit inside the cube largely depends on how you choose to organize your gear. We recommend looking at the dimensions on the product page to ensure that your gear will fit inside those dimensions. All mirrorless cameras, and most DSLR bodies will fit inside the cube. If you are concerned that your camera setup might not fit, just reach out to us and we can help you out!

What is included in the PRVKE bundles?

No Bundle: Backpack Alone; No Accessories, No Cube Travel Bundle: Backpack, Accessory Straps, Waist Straps Photography Bundle: Backpack, Accessory Straps, Waist Straps, Camera Cube (small for the 21L and medium for the 31L).

Which packs are carry-on size?

All of our packs and duffels with the exception on the 60L Carryall and FERNWEH packs are carry-on size. Please make sure to check the dimensions listed on each product page and confirm with your chosen airline.

What size of laptop will fit in each bag?

The PRVKE 21L is equipped to carry up to a 13” laptop while the PRVKE 31L is equipped to carry up to a 15” laptop. The HEXAD Duffles can carry up to a 17” laptop.

Where can I find tips and tricks or tutorials for my gear?

We are working on adding video tutorials for each product, but in the meantime check out YouTube for some great videos and demos. We also post some sweet content on our IG page, so make sure to follow us there @WANDRD.

How can I clean / wash my WANDRD gear?

Please avoid any harsh chemicals when washing your pack. We find that a light soap and a wet or damp rag works best for cleaning them, please do not submerge the pack in water and do not machine wash or dry clean your bag.

Can I purchase from Grabr?

Yes, you are welcome to purchase from Grabr, but WANDRD doesn't assume responsibility for delivery and lost parcels. In the case of a return and warranty, the policy remains the same. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the receiver, and proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim.

Pre-orders

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

You will need to provide your email, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to your email address, including details of how to cancel and any updates to your pre-order.

What happens if I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel at any time here.

You will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! You can edit your address at any time before it has shipped here.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to the debit or credit card used at checkout and will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Miscellaneous

How do I become a dealer?

We are very proud of our dealer network and are always looking to add additional dealers to the team. If you are a dealer or distributor and are interested in carrying WANDRD products please reach out to us directly at wholesale@wandrd.com.

I have a coupon code, can I use it during a sale?

No. We don't allow coupon code stacking or additional discounts during a sale. 

What if an item I've purchased goes on sale?

We will honor the sale price for items that have been purchased 14 days prior to the sale.
