Good replacement, great service.
I reached out to WANDRD explaining I lost the chest strap to my HEXAD bag I must have bought 6 or 7 years ago, and asking if they still made replacements. I got a very quick response with a confirmation and link to the product. Shipped quick and it fits great. Glad I can continue to use a bag I love so much, thanks WANDRD!

3+ years strong still going
My PRVKE bag is still with me 3 years strong but I lost my chest strap and the amazing customer service from the Wandrd team helped me secure a replacement.
Bag is holding up well aside from some expected scratches and nicks from normal wear and tear.
