I have been a photographer pretty much my entire life, starting with my father's old film camera when I was about 7 years old. After I entered the Sony alpha world eight years ago, and my collection of lenses began to grow, I began looking for a way to protect my equipment on the go. But mere protection wasn't enough: I needed an equipment bag that was also easy to carry and of course it had to be attractive.
After reading dozens of reviews and even buying and returning a couple of bags, I ran across recommendations for WANDRD. I liked the style and the color options, and that's how I ended up with my first ROGUE, a 6L sling in orange. I love the color and the functionality -- there are zippered pockets for everything and the sling is solidly built. It's been a great travel companion.
A few years passed and I realized I really wanted to have three lenses on hand whenever I was using my camera. The 6L was no longer sufficient. So I began searching again -- and decided I preferred the ROGUE 9L to all the other options out there. It's perfect for my Sony, wide angle prime, and two zooms, plus extra batteries, charger, cards, and cleaning materials I carry around. It's a little more weight, but the bag does not overpower me, at 5'4". And the Atacama Clay is even more attractive in real life than in the photos.
