1. Scope of Warranty

This Lifetime Warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from WANDRD or through an authorized retailer. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that result in a total loss of functionality or render the product unusable under normal and intended use.

Covered defects may include, but are not limited to:

  • Failure of critical components such as zippers, straps, or seams
  • Major structural or material defects arising from manufacturing error


2. Warranty Duration and Replacement Limitation

This Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The claimant must be the original purchaser
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

If a product is replaced under this Warranty, the replacement product does not receive a new or separate lifetime warranty. The original Warranty is considered fully satisfied and fulfilled upon replacement. The replacement item is provided as a final resolution and is not eligible for additional replacement under this Lifetime Warranty.


3. Eligibility and Non-Transferability

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, the original item, and is non-transferable.
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets are not eligible.


4. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

4.1 Normal Wear and Tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dents, stains)
  • Minor wear that does not impact functionality

4.2 Misuse or Improper Care

  • Improper use, overloading, or negligence
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

4.3 External Causes

  • Airline or transportation damage
  • Environmental exposure or natural events
  • Pet damage

4.4 Additional Exclusions

  • Lost or stolen products or components
  • Missing accessories
  • Previously replaced products
  • Any issue not caused by a manufacturing defect


5. Items Not Covered

The following items are excluded from this Warranty:

  • Apparel and wearable goods (including hats, socks, and clothing)
  • Face masks and filters
  • Water bottles
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Mystery Sale”



6. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to submit a Warranty claim. Acceptable documentation includes:

  • WANDRD Order confirmation
  • Retail receipt or invoice

Claims submitted without proof of purchase will be denied.


7. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim, customers must:

  1. Complete the Warranty claim form
  2. Provide proof of purchase
  3. Submit clear photos of the defect

WANDRD reserves the right to request additional information or require return of the product for inspection.


8. Remedies

If a claim is approved, WANDRD will, at its sole discretion:

8.1 Repair

  • Provide replacement parts; or
  • Reimburse third-party repair costs up to $50 USD / €50 EUR with valid receipt, paid via Paypal.

8.2 Replacement

  • Replace the product with the same model, size, and color; or
  • Provide a comparable or updated product if the original is unavailable

Replacement may be issued via a purchase code equal to the original product value.


9. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping costs related to replacements
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

WANDRD is not responsible for customs clearance or related delays.


10. Repairs

WANDRD does not currently offer in-house repairs. Approved repairs must be completed through third-party providers and are subject to reimbursement limits and conditions.


11. Refunds

Refunds are not available under this Warranty. Refunds are only available within WANDRD’s standard 30-day return window and are subject to the applicable return policy.


12. Modifications

Unauthorized modifications may void this Warranty if they contribute to product failure.


13. Claim Processing

Claims are reviewed in the order received.
Estimated response time is 1–2 weeks from submission.


14. Airline Damage

Damage caused by airlines or third-party carriers is not covered. Customers must file claims directly with the responsible carrier.


15. Lost or Disposed Items

Products that are lost, stolen, or discarded are not eligible for Warranty claims. The product must be retained and may be required for return.


16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WANDRD’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product. WANDRD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


17. Right to Deny Claims

WANDRD reserves the right to deny any claim at its sole discretion, including cases of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Abuse of the Warranty program
  • Multiple claims


18. Amendments

WANDRD reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty at any time without prior notice.


19. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed or superseded by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which WANDRD operates.
