WANDRD Tote Backpack

Dual purpose bag-both a tote and backpack. As with all Wandrd products, it is well designed and made. Great size. Use on plane travel as your personal carry on to hold all you need on the plane and then switch to backpack when you arrive at your destination to carry your camera, lenses, lunch, clothes, water, snacks on the photo shoot. As a bonus, it has a pass through to hook onto your luggage as you move through the airport.

I ordered this bag so I could easily take my camera with me to cities in France, and not look like a tourist with a big backpack. I have the PRVK Lite bag, and while I do love that bag for more intense traveling like exploring the Scottish Highlands, that bag is a bit bulky and cumbersome for me when I'm exploring a city. (I'm also a short woman, so for a big guy that might not be too big of a problem) The tote was perfect going from exploring to shopping in town, and I loved that I could completely close the top, both for safety (pickpockets are a big problem in some cities) and to protect my gear during rain. There isn't much cushion at the bottom, but the camera separators that come with the PRVK bag fit in the tote and protected my camera just fine. And a zippered pocket at the top allowed me to keep my wallet easily accessible while completely hidden away from the public. I also used the backpack function a couple of times, when I suddenly decided to take a bit of a hike and didn't want the bag hanging from my shoulder.

And the customer service at this company is phenomenal! I ordered this bag shortly before my trip, and I contacted customer service to have them try to expedite the shipment. I received the tote the morning of my trip and it was a lifesaver. Thanks, Wandrd!
