    Quick replacement for my own clumsiness

    I blame NJ Transit for most of our woes but in this case it was my own clumsiness that tore my WANDRD 21L camera bag pull. Ordered a replacement set, got them in a matching color (who knew this was possible??) and am back to fully functional bag. Customer service was awesome, if only they could fix trains too?
